Molecular Earthing Bodywork

A relational, nervous-system informed, trauma-aware bodywork practice that supports safety, sensing, and connection.

The Bodywork Journey That Meets You Where You Are

This bodywork is an adaptive approach for people in many different walks of life, and in many different cases.

Advanced practitioners, space holders, facilitators, business owners, artists, and also those who simply feel the need to slow down and meet themselves more honestly.

Some arrive with a deep language for the body already.
Some do not.

Molecular Earthing’s relational and technical approach helps people safely enter their own experience — whether what is present is physical, emotional, mental, or harder to name.

Each session is deeply personalised. It is shaped through relational conversation, particular needs and desires, and precise attention and observation.

This work does not ask you to be more experienced, more spiritual, or more “ready” than you are.

It begins with what is here, and works from there.

This is a grounded and trusted space to listen and sense what is present, creating conditions for greater capacity to connect with what is here. Tension, pain and emotions can begin to shift molecule by molecule, and the work can start integrating back into everyday life, especially where modern life has asked too much from the human nervous system.

People remain in choice throughout the process, allowing the work to unfold in responsiveness to their own body, capacity, and lived experience.

Within Molecular Earthing, healing is less about having an intense experience and more about integration — about what becomes possible when a person is given enough support to go into the body without abandoning themselves there.

This work does not move toward perfection or endless positivity. It moves toward a more connected relationship with the body, nervous system, emotions, behaviour, and everyday life, where a person gradually becomes less organised around protection, disconnection, chronic stress, or survival alone.

How a session unfolds

Collaboration

Each session is shaped collaboratively by what is present in the moment.
No two sessions are the same.
You’re welcome to bring an intention, something you’d like support with, or simply arrive as you are. All is welcome.

Check-in

We begin with a check-in and setting the container: what’s present, what you need, and any expectations.

We take time to establish trust and safety.

We meet what is here with curiosity, and begin to sense the body together, whilst gently keeping the conversation alive, maintaining you in choice throughout.

Integration

We let the body arrive and conversations allow for a trusted integration for the system. By the end, you leave more resourced with integration you can actually feel.

Pricing

Please choose the rate that best reflects your current circumstances.

"Bodywork is not only about fascia or technique.
It's about a meeting of life — in the body, in relationships, and in how one perceives and responds to what is happening now.

Ryan’s background initially in complex rehabilitation and advance corrective bodywork. He became known for taking on difficult cases — specialising in supporting relief of chronic physical pains. Helping people to realise they can move again, meeting the fear and bringing confidence to the point where people had lost hope, or no longer believed meaningful change was possible for their body.

What began as wanting to help loved ones, friends and families out of pain, and learning highly technical corrective and structurally body-focused work, Ryan got to the point where it became tedious, in the sense of fixing chronic conditions, was in the knowing, but what is difficult is integrating the change for at least over 6 months without another treatment.

WHAT IS THIS WORK EXACTLY?

This is where Molecular Earthing was born. Over a decade of working with bodies, it gradually evolved into a broader enquiry into chronic pain and bodily discomforts and how human bodies organise physically, emotionally, mentally, and relationally in everyday life. Bare with me.. Molecular Earthing understands the human being as an interconnected communication system.

Under the pressures of life, rather than working through traditional muscular manipulation or symptom-based methods, the work has evolved to adapt to society's demands that affect more than just the clinical body. It addresses stress chemistry, endocrine responses, and how the body adapts to contraction through the nervous system and its relational connection to the earth.
Not only physical contractions from injuries, but also addressing emotions, memories, triggers, and gently bridging that to the way we communicate and respond to life and feeling how our communication affects our bodies in ways unnoticed.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION

The sessions are deeply attentive, intuitive, adaptive, and relational in nature. Which means every session is different.

Touch, guided breath, movement principles, pacing, and conversation are integrated to support greater regulation, awareness, mobility, and connection within the body and everyday life.

At the centre of the work is a great deal of care and precise timing to meet and notice changes. Not only in technique, but in listening and normalising empathy and compassion to the body.

Listening to compensation patterns, stress, fatigue, emotional holding, and the subtle timing in noticing the ways the nervous system adapts over time.

What the Work Engages

The sessions may involve working with:

  • nervous system regulation and co-regulation

  • breath and autonomic state

  • fascia, muscular tension, and structural holding

  • stress chemistry and hormonal balance

  • emotional and relational patterning

  • interoception and body awareness

  • touch, pressure, pacing, and consent

  • grounding and support through weight and gravity

  • movement coordination and behavioural adaptation

  • communication between body, mind, and environment

Rather than separating physical, emotional, and relational experience, the work recognises that the body is continuously responding to all of them simultaneously.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT MOLECULAR EARTHING

Alongside many physical transformations, another pattern became increasingly clear:

People would improve structurally, while continuing to live under the same internal conditions that contributed to the tension, exhaustion, overwhelm, disconnection, or contraction in the first place.

Molecular Earthing developed in response to this understanding.

The work now focuses not only on relieving symptoms, but on guiding people into a safe and trusted container where they can begin sensing their interoception more clearly and build a more sustainable relationship with themselves from the inside out.

At times the work may feel deeply restorative.

At other times it may reveal the subtle ways stress, protection, exhaustion, or unresolved experience continue to shape the body from the inside out.

The work respects a relational and physiological approach to support, regulation, and embodied communication where human beings are treated as integrated living relational systems, rather than objects needing to be fixed.

The body often begins to soften, reorganise, and communicate in new ways naturally when given enough support, precision, pacing, and care.

WHAT PEOPLE OFTEN EXPERIENCE

Clients often describe the sessions as both deeply grounding and unexpectedly revealing — not simply because of the physical work itself, but because of the quality of care, attention, and listening present throughout the process. They've also expressed that the only pain you feel is good pain.

People often report feeling:

  • calmer and more regulated within themselves

  • physically lighter and less defended

  • more connected to their breath and body

  • emotionally clearer and more present

  • less overwhelmed internally

  • more aware of long-held tension and protection patterns

  • more supported in everyday life and relationship

  • greater mobility, responsiveness, and ease

The intention is not to force the body into support, regulation, clarity, or whatever it is you want to cultivate, but to create the conditions where the aliveness towards what we want can emerge naturally, from where we are.

Client Voices

“The session with Ryan was transformative. His ability to listen to the body’s needs is exceptional and led to a profound sense of release.”

IMG_0150.heic

These reflections are shared with humility and integrity — real voices from a shared somatic enquiry into the art of what it means to be alive together.

  • “As a bodywork therapist myself - from the beginning, Ryan’s presence carries genuine care and a deep respect for whatever is here. With him I feel seen, held, and truly looked after — human to human, heart to heart. That creates real safety in me: to be exactly as I am, to soften, and to let myself be supported. It has been profoundly nourishing for my nervous system.

On a physical level, Ryan has worked gently with my body, employing skeletal and muscle manipulation plus mobilisation of joints.

Energetically some moves are so light and gentle it hard to believe they have any effect, however, each time, I have felt energy move through me in ways I never experienced before.

It has been mind-blowing to feel and witness this happening...

  • ...in sessions, I’ve experienced release in many forms — tears, laughter, sounds, and spontaneous movements, big and small. And through all of it, Ryan stayed with me: steady, welcoming, and attuned. I felt safe every step of the way.

Ryan’s intuition is exceptional. Again and again, his touch and guidance met the exact areas in my body that have been painful, tight, or restricted.

After sessions, the aftercare is gentle and spacious, allowing time for integration and whatever needs to land.

I’ve noticed an increase in physical vitality, mental clarity, calmness, joy, and the quality of my sleep. I’ve also moved through meaningful emotional processing, insights, and revelations — a sense of more space within, and more ease without.

I recommend Ryan wholeheartedly. For me, his sessions have been something very new, an awakening, a release, and a welcoming into life again."

  • “I had a bodywork session with Ryan during a time when I was carrying a lot emotionally and physically. From the very beginning, he created a very safe and grounded container. The space was also beautiful and relaxing and nourishing and made sure I was completely comfortable before we began. He took the time to invite what was happening in my life and what I wanted from the session, and I felt met with genuine empathy, kindness and acceptance.

He began with a gentle pulsing touch at the centre of my abdomen, and I became very aware of how much tension and holding I

carry in my gut. I tend to store fear and

anxiety there, and it was powerful to feel that area soften and begin to move.

Throughout the session he worked intuitively with my body. I felt both deeply supported

    and gently guided.

One insight that stood out was his observation about my breathing pattern. Whether one interprets this physically, energetically or psychologically, it resonated as an invitation to soften and open rather than brace...

  • ...Ryan appeared as a blessing in my life as I had been looking for help on my body for over 3 years. I have seen a lot of bodyworkers that temporarily relieve pain  but I was manifesting someone who does the real and deep work where the whole body and all the bodies are listened to. Ryan has certain gifts and he offers them with a rare purity. His work is a real powerful energetic journey; like a shaman, he handles his medicine with devotion and helps to reconnect the parts of oneself that no longer understand each other. By reopening the doors that we had closed, he supports the space so that we find the way between body and mind.

While I was coming urgently with a shoulder fully blocked by stress, I felt very quickly by his touch and his level of attention that I had found a very gifted man. He first worked on this part of the body with incredible mastery. His way of listening to the body is precise and subtle. For those who want to let themselves be seen and go do the work in depth, it is an intense introspective journey. Ryan holds the space with an absolute presence until the end always making sure to take us until where we want to go see and can go see. I felt help with his gentle attention, breathe the entire way through and I could feel that was the healing process.

Needless to explain that my shoulder had fully regained its mobility in two days. I had quickly given him my trust but all the same, I really didn't imagine healing so quickly, it touches on the miracle.

I quickly understood that I had found a rare pearl and we then explored the different wounds of my body that were waiting for the right interpreter to help me translate these aches. What he always did with kindness and compassion."

  • "At some moment, I felt myself teetering into tears, and then unexpectedly a deep, full laughter rose up from me. It felt like something long held had been released — as if a joyful part of me that had been braced through grief and endurance finally surfaced again. The experience was surprisingly freeing and deeply familiar,

like reconnecting with an old friend

    within myself.

Ryan held the space beautifully during that release. I felt respected, safe and encouraged throughout. His warmth and reflected joy made the experience even more meaningful.

I left feeling more peaceful, more connected to myself, and more in touch with my

    capacity for joy.

Overall, the session felt thoughtful, compassionate and skillfully held. I would

highly recommend Ryan to anyone seeking bodywork that integrates emotional awareness with physical presence in a safe and supportive environment...

  • ...The sessions can be trying, it is certain that we go through a lot of emotions because we are there to regain our power and release what needs to come out and it is obvious that this requires investment. Fortunately, I think Ryan is the ideal intermediary, the channel of a dialogue between our mind, our cells and the universe at work(unfolding). His involvement and the energy he gives every time is phenomenal.

Finally, it is one of those men who work in consciousness to make the world healthier, more human, more collective, in mutual aid and absolute search to rise together. His vision is pure, benevolent and noble.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in a standard session?
Every session begins with a collaborative check-in to orient to your needs. Your choices and participation are part of the process; we work together to listen to what feels honest, supportive, and possible in the moment. From there we may move into sensing and awareness practices, gently working with what's present in the system to support safety and reorganization.

How long are the sessions?
Sessions range from 90 minutes to 3 hours. Longer sessions allow for a wider container and deeper integration, while the minimum 90-minute length ensures we have sufficient time for arrival and departure.

“Could this be the right bodywork relationship for you?”
Safety is something we build and feel together. I have been working with bodies for over 11 years and have supported people across a wide range of ages, needs, and circumstances. That experience has taught me to pay close attention to subtle signals, to adjust when needed, and to recognise what feels supportive, integrative, and appropriate for the person in front of me.

If there is something specific to work around — such as a performance, recent strain, or a limited window for recovery — I adapt the intensity accordingly. I care deeply about pacing, choice, and whether your body is able to stay in contact with what is happening.

The clearest marker of safety is this: if something does not feel right, we pause. If a boundary appears, we respect it. If something is mis-timed, we repair it. The work is not about pushing through. It is about listening carefully enough that support can be real.

“Is this spiritual, medical, both, neither?”

It’s bodywork held in a grounded, nervous-system-informed, and relational way. Some people experience it in spiritual terms. Others experience it more physically or emotionally. I don’t require any belief system, and I’m not here to turn your experience into a story. My interest is in what can actually be felt, tracked, and responded to in the body. At times the work may feel subtle or difficult to explain, but it remains grounded in lived experience rather than ideology.

What if I feel nervous to try a session?

That’s completely okay. Feeling nervous is welcome here, especially if the work is new. We begin gently, with conversation and enough space to orient to what feels right for you.

How intense is it?"

A session isn’t always intense, and intensity is not a measure of success in my work. My priority is to meet your body, mind, and soul where you are, with respect for your capacity and pace. The session is only ever as intense as your system can meaningfully stay in relationship with — no more, no less.

Sometimes people think they want more, when what is actually needed is less. Some sessions are subtle and quiet. Others may be more vivid: heat, tingling, trembling, waves of emotion, or a deep settling. But intensity is never treated as the goal. In this work, “deep” means clear — clear consent, clear pacing, and clear contact. If intensity rises in a way that reduces choice, we slow down. The work is not about enduring. It is about staying in relationship with what is happening.

Is this work suitable if I have a history of trauma, and will I have to talk about it?

Yes. The work is nervous-system informed and trauma-aware, with pacing, consent, and relational safety as the foundation. You remain in choice throughout the process.

No — you do not have to tell me your story for the body to shift. Some people share very little. Sometimes a small amount of context is useful; sometimes silence is more supportive. We decide together.

If emotion or memory arises, we do not force catharsis or dig into the story. The priority is to stay present with the body, with choice intact. And if you do want to share, we can do so gently, without letting the story take over the nervous system.
